RENTAL RATES:

Daily : $130

Weekly : $800

Monthly : $2,300-$2,700

Three day minimum rental. Add Hawaii state tax of 11.41% and $120 cleaning fee. A deposit of 30% of rental cost is required to hold your reservation. A refundable security / damage deposit of $100 is collected with the rental balance.

Cancellation Policy

1. There is a $75 charge on all cancellations up to 45 days prior to arrival date. This will be deducted from your deposit and the balance will be returned to you.
2. The deposit to hold your reservation will be forfeited on cancellations with less than 45 days notice. Cancellations notice must be received in writing (email or letter).
